UX / Product Designer with a multidimensional UX background.

After nine years recruiting & hiring UX designers for my company, I decided to fulfill my destiny and become a designer! My previous HR experience allows me to bring a unique blend of experience to a UX team. I have significant experience in project/program management, multitasking, event planning, and balancing competing priorities in high tempo environments. But I also have a strong understanding of the UCD process, engaging with stakeholders & leaders, and working backwards from the customer.
